Our Mission
The Asia Pacific Association for Fiduciary Studies (APAFS) is a Guam-based, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to advancing fiduciary education and best practices across the Asia-Pacific region. Established by and for representatives of public and private institutional funds, APAFS is committed to enhancing financial stewardship and responsible fund management.
Our Goal
APAFS strives to elevate the standards of fiduciary practice by equipping financial stewards with the knowledge, tools, and expertise necessary to prudently manage entrusted funds.
Our Commitment
To achieve this mission, APAFS focuses on the following key objectives:
- Pacific Region Investment Conference – Hosting an annual flagship 2-day conference with variety of speakers and experts sharing the newest investment strategies, and emerging industry trends in their respective field and asset class to discuss fiduciary best practices.
- Country Conferences – Conducting specialized regional conferences tailored to the needs of specific member jurisdictions.
- Student Programs – Partnering with universities and colleges to educate and mentor future fiduciary leaders.
- Fiduciary Training & Certification – Offering comprehensive training programs, including collaborations with third-party educational entities.
- Member Resources & Advisory Support – Serving as a knowledge hub, providing expert guidance and resources for fiduciary projects.
